Bishop Benedict visited the parish in Sacramento
On November 7, Fr. Vasyl Mizyuk (administrator of the parish of St. Andrew) together with the parishioners celebrated the 60th Anniversary of St. Nicholas Eparchy.
Bishop Benedict (Aleksiychuk) arrived for the celebration and with a pastoral visit. He was warmly welcomed by the parish community with bread and salt. Bishop Benedict celebrated the Divine Liturgy, which was also attended by parishioners from the parish of "Holy Wisdom". Bishop Benedict, in his speech, thanked the parishioners for their active participation in parish life and emphasized the importance of serving each other. After the Liturgy, there was a lunch. In the afternoon, Bishop Benedict had a tour of the old town which was organized by parishioners.
